Polio Vaccination Campaign
Please be advised that the National Immunization Program
of the Makati Health Department will be conducting a
Synchronized Polio Vaccination Campaign (Sabayang Patak Kontra Polio)
on October 26, 2019 (Saturday) from 9:00AM to 11:00AM in our Function
Room located at 6/F of Tower C. This activity is open to
all the residents from 0 to 59 months of age.

Protect Our Community Forum which will be held
on September 21, 2019 at 2:00PM.

Community Bazaar
In the spirit of community building, we are inviting
everyone to participate in our upcoming Community Bazaar
which will be held from August 16 to 18, 2019.
Please see guidelines for the Community Bazaar:

Bazaar to be held in the
6/F Tower C Function
Room from August 16-18, 2019, 10:00AM-6:00PM

Each exhibitor will be given a 4 x 3 feet space. Booth
locations are on a first come first serve basis.

Registration forms are available at the
Property Management Office.

Each exhibitor will be responsible for tagging their
own items, manning their tables, ensuring payment transactions
are completed, and arranging their merchandise.

Exhibitors may bring racks to help display their merchandise.

Only two (2) personnel are allowed per booth whose name is
indicated in the registration form.

Bazaar is exclusive to JRCC residents only.
-
Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
-
Cooked food can be sold during the duration of the
bazaar. Strictly no cooking inside the venue.

Only a maximum of ten (10) participants will be allowed.
-
A registration fee of PhP 500.00 per booth per day will be
collected. An additional fee of PhP 100.00 per day will be
charged for booths that will require electricity.
This is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs.

No deployment of marketing ads, banners, or posters
will be allowed.

No merchandise shall be left after the operation
of the bazaar.

Registration period shall be from August 8-13, 2019.

Jazz Residences Condominium Corp. will not be liable
or responsible for any transaction entered upon by
the buyer or exhibitor or any dispute that may arise
there after nor will they be responsible for any
damages, loss of property or accidents involving
exhibitors.

Annual Fire Drill
As part of the Annual Requirement of the Bureau of Fire Protection, we will
be conducting the Annual Fire Drill on
May 24, 2019 from
9:00AM to 12:00PM
